Full License Terms
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, Golam Rob PMP® grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, commercial license to use the Dataset for Machine Learning and AI development.
This includes: training, testing, validation, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models. Model outputs and derivatives are your property.
2. Permitted Uses
Commercial Use: Use in commercial products, services, and internal research.
Modification: Crop, resize, augment, generate synthetic data. Modified assets are yours.
Team Access: All employees and contractors of purchasing entity may access. No per-seat fees.
Academic Use: Use in papers, thesis, conferences. Citation appreciated but not required: "Data from GolamRob.com"
3. Restrictions
No Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, or share raw images, videos, or annotation files.
No Public Hosting: You may not upload Dataset to public repositories like Kaggle, GitHub, Hugging Face, or torrent sites.
No Competing Service: You may not use Dataset to create a competing data marketplace or stock photo site.
Model Weights OK: You MAY publicly share model weights trained on this data. The restriction is on raw data only.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
All images with identifiable people include signed model releases where required by Bangladesh law.
GPS data accuracy: ±1.5m. Timestamps in UTC+6. No personal data beyond visual imagery collected.
For datasets involving sensitive areas, location data is fuzzed to nearest 100m. Contact us for unfuzzed version with NDA.
5. PMP® Quality Guarantee
3-Stage QA: Every image passes: 1. Field validation 2. Annotation review 3. PMP® final audit.
Accuracy: Inter-annotator agreement >98%. Bounding box IoU >0.9.
30-Day Support: Premium datasets include 30 days email support for data questions. Custom sprints include SLA.
Refund: If >5% of annotations are defective, we re-annotate or refund within 30 days of purchase.
6. Payment, Invoice & Taxes
Payment: Currently via email invoice (Stripe self-serve checkout coming soon). Bank transfer for $2,000+ invoices.
Invoice: VAT/BIN invoice provided. Email hello@golamrob.com with company details.
Taxes: Prices exclude VAT. Bangladesh 15% VAT added for local buyers.
7. Liability & Warranty
As-Is: Dataset provided "as-is". We warrant that we have rights to license this data.
Limitation: Our liability limited to amount paid for Dataset. We are not liable for model performance or downstream use.
Indemnity: You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of models trained on Dataset.
8. Custom Data Sprints (>$5,000 — Full IP Assignment)
Custom datasets governed by separate SOW. Includes: milestone payments, full IP assignment of raw data to client, PMP® project management.
Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. 30-day delivery SLA. Client owns raw data and all annotation files. We retain right to use anonymized metadata for research.
DPA, MSA, and vendor packets available for purchases over $2,000. Turnaround: 3 business days. Email hello@golamrob.com.
FAQ for Procurement & Legal
Can we train a commercial LLM or foundation model?
Yes. Commercial AI training and foundation model development is explicitly permitted under the Standard License. No royalty or revenue share.
Do you have model releases for people in images?
Yes for commercial datasets. Signed releases on file. CSV of release status provided with purchase. Contact us for a copy.
What if we need to comply with GDPR/CCPA?
We can provide de-identified versions with faces blurred and GPS fuzzed. Request at purchase. No extra cost for <1,000 images.
Can we get a DPA or MSA signed?
Yes for purchases >$2,000. Email hello@golamrob.com with your vendor packet. Standard turnaround: 3 business days.
What's the difference between Standard and Custom Sprint licenses?
Standard ($490–$790): you get a commercial AI license to train models — you don't own the raw files. Custom Sprint (>$5k): you get full IP assignment — you own the raw data, annotations, and all deliverables outright. Book a call to discuss Custom Sprint terms.
